Talk Therapy
I work with clients who have experienced a wide range of trauma, including accidents, childhood abuse, domestic violence, combat exposure, and natural disasters. I use trauma-focused and evidence-based approaches grounded in safety, collaboration, and nervous system regulation. I offer a supportive space to process difficult experiences, explore the existential questions that often follow trauma, and develop resilience without pressure to “move on” or minimize what has been endured. My approach honors the whole person—mind, body, and lived experience—while meeting clients where they are in their healing journey.
If you are looking for a talk therapist to see weekly or monthly, I am available in-person or via Telehealth. I use a combination of Brainspotting and traditional talk therapies to help you process trauma and challenge the unwanted behaviors that often arise after traumatic experiences.
For talk therapy, I accept the following Insurance:
Aetna
Blue Cross Blue Shield / Carelon / Anthem
Colorado Community Health Alliance
Cigna
Cigna EAP
Colorado Access
Northeast Health Partners
Rocky Mountain Health Plan
United Healthcare

Psilocybin Services
in Colorado
The field of psychedelic medicine is rapidly expanding in the United States, with growing research and public education highlighting the potential benefits of natural medicine for trauma recovery. Fortunately, individuals no longer need to travel internationally to access these experiences. In Colorado, clients may legally participate in safe, regulated psilocybin services facilitated by trained and experienced Natural Medicine Facilitators.
If you’re here, you likely have questions—and that’s completely natural. I welcome you to reach out so we can explore whether these services may be a supportive option for you.
Psilocybin services (“magic mushrooms”) typically include one to two intake and preparation sessions, one facilitated administration (dosing) session, and one to two post-journey integration sessions. At this time, psilocybin services are generally not covered by insurance. In the Denver-metro area, fees commonly range from $2,500 to $3,000, with resort-style experiences offered at higher rates. While this can be a significant investment, many find it to be more accessible and cost-effective than traveling outside the country, while benefiting from Colorado’s regulated framework and local care.
